Our client is looking for “Debt Relation Lead” for Bangalore location.

Due to current pandemic candidates can work from any location in india, but once the pandemic is under control, candidates should be ready to relocate to Bangalore.

Job Description

Job Title: Debt Relations Lead
Department: Finance & Accounts
Report to: Debt Relations Head
Purpose of Job: To manage and steer all debt funding matters while effectively handling a team,To monitor and report liabilities metrics and ensure compliance
Job Responsibilities:
Team management
⮚ To manage and supervise debt team’s activities and performance
⮚ To effectively delegate activities
Debt raising
⮚ To manage the complete debt raising lifecycle including on-boarding lenders and
post disbursement management
⮚ To prepare relevant proposals, documentation and reports for sharing with
prospective lenders
⮚ To effectively resolve queries and drive deal closures
Reporting/Communication
⮚ To review lender and investor reports prepared by the team and ensure consistent
and accurate communication
⮚ To prepare and monitor ALM positions with regular updates and highlight associated
risks
⮚ To update management on the key highlights/high impact scenarios of the
reporting outcomes and suggest measures
Compliance
⮚ To monitor and report compliances with respect to lender covenants, book debt
requirements, RBI disclosures and any other compliances required by stakeholders
⮚ To report and communicate financial health of the company to management with
feedback
⮚ To assist in preparation of company policies stipulated by regulations
Strategic alliances
⮚ To explore and close new funding avenues as well as products for maintaining a
diversified borrowing profile
⮚ To assist in management of government projects including CGTMSE, ECLGS and
any other projects the company partners with
⮚ To work closely with internal teams to onboard new co-lending/business
correspondent partnerships

Qualifications:
 MBA / CA
 Work experience of 5-8 years in financial/NBFC domain
