Job Description
Our client is India’s leading Edtech company with a mission to make learning personalized. Our adaptive after-school learning app for classes 5th to 12th is used by over 1.2Million students.We have the widest syllabus support that covers over 20 subjects, 20 boards, and 50 exams. We believe each child is unique with distinct learning needs
Our client is looking for Team Manager(TM-Home Sales) for locations (Bangalore, Coimbatore, Jaipur, Pune, Kolkata)
Client has 2 openings in each location.
Criteria for the role
1. Must have 1+ years sales experience as an individual contributor and 3+ years of experience in Team Handling
2. Must be handling 10+ sales executives(Including field sales)
3. Must have B 2 C Sales experience. (B2B experience is not preferred)
4. Must be fluent in local language
6. CTC range 7 – 7.5LPA + (Incentive and allowance)
7. Should be able to join on 24th September  
8. Age Limit: Not more than 32 years
Role & Responsibilities
• Provide the team with a vision and objectives; manage key performance indicators.
• Set the monthly, weekly, daily targets for the team and ensure that the team targets are
achieved.
• Handling and guiding team of Academic Counselor to achieve monthly sales target.
• Maintain the sales report of the team.
• Motivating & mentoring team to achieve & exceed targets
• Design & develop business models as per the location and market situation.
• Conducting weekly reviews for performance & training.
• Identifying the areas of improvements & KPI’s
• Involve team in calling for negotiation and objection handling as and when required.
Team Managers
• Are dynamic professionals who drive their team to exceed business targets
• Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
• Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment
• Have excellent communication skills in English and the regional language
Qualification & Skills
• Graduate with at least 4+ years B2C sales experience
• Must have worked on pushed product
• Must have dealt with 25k-1 lakh ticket size product portfolio
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in individual contribution role and 3+ years team handling
experience of managing 10+ team member.
• Proficient with using Excel is preferred.
• Must be fluent in regional language
