Job Description

Our client  is an (NBFC), a Bangalore based social business that provides loans in the range of Rs.1 Lakh to Rs 20 Lakhs to micro and small enterprises (MSMEs).

Our client  has 90+ Branches in 6 states and current staff strength of 1000 people.

Our client is looking for “Talent Acquisition Manager” based out in Bangalore

Candidate should have managed a team 4-6 people.

Job Description

Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Team: HR
Purpose of Job: Fulfilling the requisitions
Job Components/Responsibilities: More about the role responsibilities:

Ø  Manage end to end recruitment

Ø  Ensure to fill the positions on time with quality

Ø  Effectively usage of source available

Ø  Build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates

Ø  Reporting & Analysis on weekly target, rejections, attrition within probation etc

Ø  Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders

Ø  Maintain active relationships with external vendors and agencies to fulfill hiring needs

Ø  Conduct regular training for the team on new hiring standards and protocols

Qualifications: Ø  Candidates with 7-10Yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition

Ø  Educational Background: MBA

Ø  Complete working knowledge of job boards, excel is mandatory

Other Requirements: Ø  Very proficient in using MS Office & MS Projects

Ø  Exposure to Business process orientation preferred.

Ø  Proficient in speaking Kannada, English and other Regional language depending on work location

Ø  Should provide 2 references each from (a) Past superior officer, (b) Past/Present Subordinates, (c) Past/Present Peers (same rank)
