Purpose of Job:Support Service
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Using IVR and other systems to log tickets, access the details of customers and knowledge base to provide complete service
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Ensuring Customer & Channel Partner queries are answered to their satisfaction relating to regular follow-ups, meeting schedules and gesture calls.
Ensuring Employee queries are answered to their satisfaction or reassign the tickets appropriately
Promoting certain financial products and services.
Performs other job related duties or special projects as assigned.
Minimum 02yrs experience.
Aged below 35 yrs.
Previous experience in a customer support role preferred
Good moral character
Willingness to go the extra mile
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Possess two wheeler and driving license.
Fluency in their respective regional language is preferred in addition to English.
