Our client is an award-winning leading social impact Non Banking Financial Services Organisation based in Bengaluru. Our client provides working capital and line of credit loans in the range of Rs.2-25 lakhs to small business entrepreneurs (MSMEs).
Headquartered in Bengaluru, company has more than 100 offices across Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and the union territory of Puducherry with a current staff strength of 1000+ people.

Our client is looking for State Training Manager for Ahmedabad location.

Job Description-

Title:  State Training Manager
Team: T & D
Purpose of Job: To manage the T &D activities of the Regions
Job Components/Responsibilities: Ø  Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.

Ø  Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training etc.

Ø  Communicate training updates to Management.

Ø  To analyze effectiveness of training program in all regions

Ø  Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.

Ø  Analysis of training assessment results and survey results.

Ø  Prepare training reports.

Ø  Plan and prepare training calendar and update regularly.

Ø  Collect new updates from all departments and update the same in training presentations.

Ø  Develop training assessment, testing and evaluation materials.

Ø  Plan and coordinate events and employee engagement programs.

Ø  To Analyze Training Impact for each program

Ø  To Identify & Analyze training needs of the Regions

Qualifications: Ø  Any graduate

Ø  Minimum 12+ yrs experience.

Ø  Aged below 42 yrs.

Other Requirements: Ø  Good moral character

Ø  Hands on experience in managing and developing a corporate training plan.

Ø  Working and Managing a Learning Management System (LMS)

Ø  Fluency in their respective regional language is preferred in addition to English.

Ø  Good in Excel

Ø  Very Good Communication skills

Ø  Should provide 2 references each from (a) Past superior officer, (b) Past/Present Subordinates.
