Our client is looking for State Sales Manager for Ahmedabad location.
Title: State Sales Manager
Purpose of Job:
To Manage loans at spoke level Job Components/Responsibilities: Manager a team of Regional Managers – Sales Responsible for achievement of sales and recovery targets in the State Responsible for Profitability of State Monitor performance of entire sales and recovery team in state Suggest corrective measures to improve performance Implementation of agreed performance improving measures Review Sales pipeline at all the stages and ensure movement of cases Should ensure that all the sales and recovery positions are filled Ensure and help in training of entire state sales and recovery team Identify and mentor team for next level responsibility Ensure expenses are within limits in the state Ensure audit ratings are satisfactory and above Co-ordinate with all the departments to ensure smooth flow of work between hub and HO Timely reporting from self and from team Conduct marketing activities in the state Travel to each hub at least once in two months
Minimum 15+ years experience
Aged below 40 yrs
Last job should preferably be in the capacity of an Regional Manager level,
from a credible Financial Institutions.
Should have exposure to micro-enterprise lending
Should have managed a team in the past.
Very proficient in using MS Office & MS Projects
Very Good Communication and negotiating skills
Proficient in speaking Kannada, English and other Regional language
depending on project location
Good moral character
Possess two wheeler and driving license;
