Qualifications-Bachelors Degree, MBA
Reporting to-Regional Business Head/ Director
Lease Management: Complete all necessary documentation associated with leasing – incl prep & execution of lease agreements.
Customer Account Management: Mapping client’s requirements such as new space requirement, lease renewals, expansion or other plans accurately
Property Inspections: take prospective customers to inspect properties post assessment of needs and locating of suitable properties for their consideration.
MIS: Submit sales reports as per the requirement and maintain an MIS on accounts handled.
Data Base Management: Responsible for the accuracy of data base under areas of influence.
Sales Goals Management: Achieve individual monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by management.
New Business Management: Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective liaising with other related businesses and colleagues.
Property Appraisal and Evaluation skills
Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
Analytical skills to interpret documents such as legislations, regulations, leases etc
Research skills to identify and locate documents and information relating to property, markets and trends
