Our client is looking for Divisional Head- Talent Management for Bangalore location
Identify and differentiate Talent across levels, Groom the
talent and prepare this talent for future Leadership Roles
Use cutting edge selection, assessment tools to differentiate
Focus on engagement of talent pool and individual
development plans for members of talent pool
Play key role in conceptualizing and implementing Global
leadership Practice across the company
Focus on building a global mindset for Leadership and prepare
them for potential future roles as Global Leaders for our client
Contribute to harmonizing leadership development practices
across the company & include succession planning and career
development initiatives for top leaders
Design, develop & deliver key Leadership Development
programs and initiatives for our client in partnership with
team members from across the organization.
Work closely with Top Management to understand talent
needs, promote use of talent pool in key successions
Support talent pool members selected for specific role/ key
assignments through development initiatives.
Increase the size of the Talent pool of senior leaders and also
increasing the quality of leaders as assessed through
appreciation centers, 360-degree feedback or any other
assessment instruments. Qualifications:
Relevant work experience.
Very proficient in using MS Office & MS Projects
Exposure to Business process orientation preferred.
Proficient in speaking Kannada, English and other Regional language
depending on work location
Should provide 2 references each from (a) Past superior officer, (b)
Past/Present Subordinates, (c) Past/Present Peers (same rank)
