Our client is an award-winning leading social impact Non Banking Financial Services Organisation based in Bengaluru. Our client provides working capital and line of credit loans in the range of Rs.2-25 lakhs to small business entrepreneurs (MSMEs).
Headquartered in Bengaluru, company has more than 100 offices across Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and the union territory of Puducherry with a current staff strength of 1000+ people.

Our client is looking for “Snr Manager Facilities and Admin ” for Bangalore location.

 

Title: Senior Manager – Facilities & Administration

Team: HCM

Purpose of Job: Handle Facilities & Administration of Branches & HO

Job Responsibilities:
Branches identification
Sourcing vendor for identifying offices with rate contract
Liaison with Landlords for office finalization, rent negotiations, lease
agreements, renewals, security deposit monitoring, etc,
layout finalization for each branch
Coordinate with Furniture vendors for timely delivery to branches
Build Vendors base for various works related to branches
Negotiate rates for various services
Interior works and maintenance of of branches and Head Office
Ensuring timely execution of works
Handling of critical equipment viz., UPS, DG, Power, Acs, electricity
Repairs & maintenance of equipment & Furniture in Branches & Head Office
Take care of Branches painting, arranging Electrician, local carpenters for setting up of office
Administration of Branches in coordination with Admin & Facilities Team member.
Keep tracking status of each and every activity parallelly in coordination with designated officials in branches
Checking and clearing bills for various works in orderly manner without duplication.
With quick TAT, High integrity, ownership and loyalty To take care of all Branches leases
Any works associated with Head Office and Branches related to Facilities & Administration as advised by Superiors

Qualifications: Graduate / PG in management, / MBA/

Other Requirements:
Experience 12-15 years ,
Diploma in the related field, certification courses, having worked in NBFCs,
experience in identification of offices, opening of offices, arranging furniture, Leases handling
Experience as Manager in the same industry and same domain.
Willing to Travel to Branches
Thorough knowledge in Facilities management

Vendor base, contacts with real estate brokers, furniture vendors
