Our client is looking for “Snr Manager Facilities and Admin” based out in Bangalore.

Job Description

Title: Senior Manager – Facilities & Administration
Team: Administration & Facilities

Purpose of Job: To take care of administration and facilities activities

Job Components/Responsibilities:
Building Management/ Building Maintenance / Facilities, AMCs
Repairs & Maintenance (Plumbing, carpentry, electrical equipment, etc,)
Pest control
Lease Management
Monitoring of Electrician’s work
Printing & stationery procurement
Coffee/tea machines management
Drinking water

Qualifications: PG Administration management, / MBA/ Graduate

Other Requirements: Experience of 10 years , Diploma in the related field, certification courses,
