Our client is an award-winning leading social impact Non Banking Financial Services Organisation based in Bengaluru. Our client provides working capital and line of credit loans in the range of Rs.2-25 lakhs to small business entrepreneurs (MSMEs).

Our client is looking for “Senior Executive – PMO ” for Bangalore location.

Job Description

Team: Project Management Office

Purpose of Job Project Coordination Core responsibilities

Project Management
 Maintain and monitor project plans and project schedules
 Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information
 Use project management tools to monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
 Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
 Ensuring that project needs are met as the project evolves
 Monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders
 Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to all stakeholders
 Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
 Document and follow-up on actions and decisions from meetings
 Ensure project deadlines are met
 Undertake project tasks and provide administrative support as required
 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
 Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and proper documentation for all projects
 Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

General
 Standardization of data, collation and periodic submission of reports/presentation materials to management
 Liaise with Department Heads for periodic update/revision of policies and procedures
 Periodic updates of Employee Portal from time to time as necessary
 Other tasks relevant for coordination by PMO Dept

Qualification
 UG – any, PG – MBA any specialization
 Proven 3-4 years of work experience in related field
 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
 Hands-on experience with Project Management Tool will be an added advantage
 Effective written and verbal communication skills Skill Requirements

 Excellent problem-solving skills and clear logical thinking
 Eye for details and ability to multitask with a focus on quality of deliverables
