Our client is looking for “Senior Executive – PMO ” for Bangalore location.

Purpose of Job Project Coordination Core responsibilities
Maintain and monitor project plans and project schedules
Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information
Use project management tools to monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
Ensuring that project needs are met as the project evolves
Monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders
Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to all stakeholders
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
Document and follow-up on actions and decisions from meetings
Ensure project deadlines are met
Undertake project tasks and provide administrative support as required
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and proper documentation for all projects
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Standardization of data, collation and periodic submission of reports/presentation materials to management
Liaise with Department Heads for periodic update/revision of policies and procedures
Periodic updates of Employee Portal from time to time as necessary
Other tasks relevant for coordination by PMO Dept
UG – any, PG – MBA any specialization
Proven 3-4 years of work experience in related field
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Hands-on experience with Project Management Tool will be an added advantage
