Our client is looking for Sales Trainer for Mumbai location
Client is looking for inspiring ‘Inside Sales Trainer’ who can build a fleet of effective sales professionals through training. As an Inside Sales Trainer, you’ll develop skills and knowledge of budding sales personnel to become star performers. You’ll be responsible to conduct group training sessions and periodic assessments. In addition, you will coach front line sales employees to constantly improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
Key Qualifications required for the role:

  • Graduation in any field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Inside sales trainer
  • Good communication skills in the English language.

Role requirements:

  • The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age.
  • The candidate should have a laptop in working condition and a good internet connection
  • Please brief the candidate about the Bring Your Own Desktop (BYOD) policy.
  • Preferable to get immediate joiners or within 15 days (Max. notice period 1 month)
  • Working days will be 6 days of working with a fixed weekly off on Tuesday.
  • The candidate would be required to have an understanding of the regional language as per the location
  • If the candidates do not have a laptop they should be willing to arrange one within their joining date.

training to achieve desired result.

get things done. Do field visits with trainees for practical training

actionable strategies.
