Our client is looking for “Manager Sales-IBMS(Integrated Building Management System” for Ahmedabad location.

ROLE Sales Manager

REPORTING TO GM – Sales Job Location Ahmedabad
EXPERIENCE 5-10yrs EDUCATION B.E / B.Tech

 

Must have exp. from Industrial Estate & Commercial segment

IT Infrastructure / EPC / Turnkey Solutions

Skills: Business Development, Corporate Sales, Client Relationship

Key Results Area:

  • To achieve sales Target and overall organization go
  • To achieve Business Target of Solution Portfolio.
  • To achieve zero Outstanding as per payment term
  • New Account Development in the given Geographic Zone
  • Business Development in New Territory/ Geographies

  Job Responsibilities:

  • To generate Sales Leads and Identify Opportunities with independent strategies.
  • Prospects and Funnel Building from the Leads generated,
  • Sales Presentation and Positioning with New and Key Accounts.
  • Identification of Customer Business Plan and Decision-Making Process.
  • Solution – Proposal making, BoQ & Cost Sheet Preparations, Sales follow ups.
  • Order Closures and Payment Collection (Zero Debt recovery).
  • Track and review Customer Account for further opportunities.

  Technical Know-How:

  • ELV Systems (Must) Extra Low Voltage SYSTEM
  • IBMS Systems
  • IT Infrastructure

CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, PA Systems, Gate Automation, Nurse Calling System, Door Interlocking Systems, Fire Alarm & Evacuation Systems, AV & Automation, IP Video Surveillance

   Interface

  1. Internal – Sales Head, Design Team
