Our client is looking for Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

Title: Regional Manager, Sales and Monitoring
Team: Operations
Job Components/Responsibilities:
 Directly responsible in all aspects of Hubs operations such as Target achievement, On-Time-Repayment, Recovery of bad loans, Loan quality, Documentation.

 Specifically monitor performances all Hubs.

 Improve productivity continuously.

 Research, Analyze and recommend strategies to pilot, main-stream and
scale up Individual lending products.

 Recruitment of personnel in collaboration with HR.

 Shall be the single point contact and be responsible for all
administration related issues.

 Will help in formation of related Policy & Guidelines. Qualifications:
 At least 12+ years’ experience
 Any graduate
 Aged below 35 yrs.

Other Requirements:
 Last job should preferably be in the capacity of an Area Manager level, from a credible Financial Institutions.

 Should have exposure to micro-enterprise lending
 Should have managed a team in the past.

 Very proficient in using MS Office & MS Projects
 Very Good Communication and negotiating skills
 Proficient in speaking Kannada, English and other Regional language depending on project location
