Job Description

Title – Project Delivery Lead – Critical Systems (Divisional Manager Level)
Team -Systems & Technologies
Purpose of Job -End to end management of enhancements for the critical business systems in close coordination with business
stakeholders, user community, development team and testers.

Job Components/Responsibilities:

 Careful analysis of automation needs and come up with the best possible solution.

 Work closely with business stakeholders in planning and prioritizing releases.

 Negotiate, own and manage the project scope, plan and timelines.

 Conduct requirement gathering workshops/brain storming sessions/ requirements review sessions and publish minutes of meetings.

 Develop the requirement specification and solution documents as per the standards and obtain stakeholder sign offs.

 Careful analysis of impacts of changes to the running systems and functionalities.

 Work with technical delivery teams in timely delivering the solutions as per the agreed scope and quality standards.

 Work with business analysts and testing teams in developing test plans and test cases as per high quality standards.

 Manage functional testing and ensure the end product meets the business requirements before releasing the product to users.

 Monitoring and management of all change control documents for audit trials.

 Deliver user training contents regarding system changes/ enhancements.

 Develop trusted advisor relationships with business teams and be sensitive to their automation needs.

 Designs solutions in alignment with security architecture standards.

 Liaises with internal teams and vendors concerning the potential solutions.

 Publish project status reports on regular basis as per the requirements of the project.


 UG/PG : Degree in IT/Computer Science /Engineering
Experience Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience with 5+ years of experience in people management and project management

Preferred qualities:

 Good Analytical and problem solving skills
 Design thinking skills
 Experience in delivering technology solutions to business.

 Knowledge of financial services domain will be an added advantage.

 Should be a strong team manager and team player with a winning attitude
 Deep knowledge of software development life cycle
 Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective delivery of the projects assigned
 Analytical and problem-solving skills
 Strong verbal and written communicator, able to speak with the business stakeholders and understand the requirements
 Well organized and consistently delivers on commitments

 Project reporting
Additional Skills Preferred Basic knowledge of development tools, cloud technologies, BCP/DR systems, etc.
