Job: Marketing Associate/Sr Marketing Associate, 2-5 years exp, Lead generation,marketing database,secondary research,salesforce, 10-12 LPA, Noida

The Role:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join our Marketing team at Noida, India. You’ll work with our Sales & Marketing team for driving forward key components of the marketing programs, with primarily leading the secondary research efforts to create qualified sales leads with a complete buyer persona understanding.

Candidates should be able to:

• Research, identify, and create sales qualified leads from different internal & external marketing databases, and performing secondary research on google

• Ability to identify new database sources to garner qualified B2B leads

• Hands on experience on segmenting data and creating lists for Marketing campaigns

• A strong desire and the ability to chase big-picture marketing programs that are thoughtful and positive for sales

• Must be articulative, organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

About You

The ideal person for this role will possess a good mix of the following qualities –

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in the marketing field, within an intense, fast paced, goal-oriented company and a Bachelor’s degree

• Self-starter with an ability to work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment

• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Prior experience of efficient handling and managing large amounts of databases.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and understanding of marketing tools

• Should have working experience on Salesforce CRM, MS Access and VBA/creating macros for automation

• Marketing database knowledge will be a big plus
