Our client is looking for Manager Quality for Noida Location
Role : Manager-Quality Responsibilities : To manage Quality and Sales verification processes for all programs in the centre and also act as ISMS PoC. Educational Qualifications : Min. Graduate in any stream, only through regular college education. Graduation done through distance education will not be considered Experience : Min. 9 years in any BPO organizations. Max : 15 years. Should have managed any outbound program, verification process. Should have led the Quality team. Should have handled client interactions and presentations etc. Good in communication, inter-personal skills, analytical, documentation skills and reports preparation Six sigma green belt certification is an added advantage (but not mandatory) Prior ISMS experience is an added advantage (but not mandatory), we will train. Travel distance to office should not be more than 1 hour in metro. Candidates staying nearby is an advantage. Currently working and staying in Delhi. Only Male candidate. Candidates currently not doing any job, left previous company due to health reasons can be considered as second priority Currently should be working in a Manager role. Candidates working in AM – Quality role are also fine, provided experience & knowledge are strong.
