Our client is an award-winning leading social impact Non Banking Financial Services Organisation based in Bengaluru. Our client provides working capital and line of credit loans in the range of Rs.2-25 lakhs to small business entrepreneurs (MSMEs).
Headquartered in Bengaluru, company has more than 100 offices across Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and the union territory of Puducherry with a current staff strength of 1000+ people.

Our client is looking for Manager Organisational Development for Bangalore location.

Title: Manager / Lead – Organizational Development /Talent Development

Team:HCM

Purpose of Job: Responsible for business strategies ,Planning, developing and implementing OD programs. and OD initiatives. Job Responsibilities:

 Identify and implement out sourcing and work force optimization activities based on Centre of Excellence plans and guidelines.

 Develop centre of excellence and undertake Succession Management

 Report org design changes to Head of dept. and center of excellence and seek necessary advice and endorsement

 Support business process improvement,Change programs , critical role management, leadership change & OD initiatives

 Develop in coordination with HR analytics & analysis to gather insights and identify issues regarding employees.

 Develop and work on business transformation & strategic implementation.  Collaborate with Culture Changes to ensure smooth facilitation of change at Functional level.

 Collaborate with Employee Life cycle & Participate in the Job Evaluation exercise when required.

 Build relationships and collaborate across the business to understand and meet employee engagement requirements, whilst providing high levels of internal customer service.

 You will partner with HR and line colleagues to understand and meet the employee engagement needs of differing business areas.

Qualifications:
 A minimum of 8+ years
 PG–MBA, HR specialization, or MA/MS in HR related field Psychometric tool assessment Other Requirements:

 Relevant experience in OD + Transformation projects & interventions done
 Worked on cultural changes
 People oriented and Goal oriented
 High social responsibility and mission driven culture Team player, High Integrity and focus on Building relationships
Compliance to policies, rules, and regulations
