Our client is looking for “Manager Content Development ” for Bangalore location.

Job Description

Purpose of Job: Responsible for Create and Manage content

Job Responsibilities:

 To develop and implement instructional materials, content, and activities for training.

 Design training courses and identify methodologies to be used to deliver content and organize the content and flow of information

 Work on redesigning courses, developing entire courses or curriculums and creating training materials

 Help create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer

 Analyzing and applying trends in learning technologies and content design

 Visualize instructional graphics, slide decks and other instructional material

 Ensure content created and curated is free of copyrighted material.

 Audit previously created content

 Develop learning objectives, structure learning activities, create visual aids for online interactions

 Be able to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio and video scripts

 Be responsible for devising modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to

 measure the effectiveness of the course  Be responsible for planning and managing course development and design projects.

 Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs

 A minimum of 8+ years
 PG–MBA, or MA/MS
 Certification on ID Other Requirements:

 Relevant experience in ID, curriculum writer / Content Development
 Worked on cultural changes
 People oriented and Goal oriented
 High social responsibility and mission driven culture Team player& High Integrity.
