Key Account Manager
Nature of Job
The right candidate will be required to market Convergence products (Active components) along with associated
application product like NMS (security product, Network, IP Management)
such as: –
Networking: – Switches (Core, edge, distribution), Wi-Fi
Applications: – Unified communication and collaborations, Network management & optimization,
Voice: – IPPABX,
Security: IP Surveillance
The candidate should be able to communicate effectively to present our offerings, gather customer requirement,
uncover needs/pain areas and present customized solutions to the client.
The job will include making sales calls & generating prospects, presentation/demonstrations, negotiation, order
follow-up and payment collection.
The candidate will be required to identify accounts, develop them and manage relationships individually.
AVP(Sales) – Region wise
4-6 Years of work experience in the Enterprise Telecom + Networking industry. Should be able to carry
targets and deliver them. Hard core selling experiences of Enterprise Voice and enterprise Networking
product like Router, switched from OEM like Cisco, HP, Juniper etc.
Suitable candidate must have experience with major accounts in North India, & able to hunt/ identify
and handle large accounts for desired product lines.
Preferably Avaya Global Connect, AGCL, Progility(Unify), Mitel, Tadiran, BPL Telecom, Enkay, HCL
Infosystem, Dimention Data, Cisco, NEC, Wipro Infotech, Value point, Intellicon, Or any other system
integrators. Candidates from networking companies may also be considered.
Personnel who sell PRI, MPLS, LL, WLL, from service provider will not be consider.
Communication Skills and Attributes
Should be a go getter and be able to generate enquiries and business.
Willing to travel extensively.
Have good Communication (written & spoken)
Have good presentation skills.
Team player with positive attitude and willing to learn
