Our client  is an (NBFC), a Bangalore based social business that provides loans in the range of Rs.1 Lakh to Rs.15 Lakhs to micro and small enterprises (MSMEs) filling the gap between micro-finance and commercial capital. Our client is an  award-winning social enterprise based in Bangalore addressing the INR 1 Trillion* debt gap between micro finance and commercial capital by providing collateral free loans in the range of Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.20,00,000 for asset finance and working capital to MSMEs. Company has 90+ Branches in 6 states and current staff strength of 800 people.

Our client is looking for Investigation Manager for Bangalore & Ahmedabad location.

Job Description

Title: Investigation Manager
Team: Audit
Purpose of Job: Mitigate Fraud Risk and Investigate Internal and External Fraud Attempts
Job Components/Responsibilities: Ø  Mitigate Fraud Risk and investigate both internal and external fraud attempts.

Ø  Conduct investigation and accumulate proofs as per the assigned matrix.

Ø   Represent and liasoning with the regulatory and law enforcement agencies for all fraud risk related matters.

Qualifications: Ø  At least 5 to 8 years’ experience

Ø  Any graduate with Experience in Audit or Forensic/Fraud Risk Management in NBFC or Banking or any other Financial Institution is Mandatory.

Ø  Aged below 35 yrs

Ø  Meticulous attention to detail.

Ø  Excellent problem-solving skills and clear logical thinking.

Ø  A keen interest in the financial system combined with excellent commercial awareness.

Ø  Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours when needed.

Ø  Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Ø  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.
