Our client Headquartered in Ahmedabad Gujarat,  provides you the state of the art Solutions in Air Conditioning systems including Variable Flow Refrigerant systems, Chillers, Ductable and conventional air conditioning systems (HVAC), IBMS (Integrated Building Management Solutions), Fire Protection & Life Safety, Security & Video Surveillance, Voice & Data Solutions, Data Center Solutions, Water Treatment plants, Reverse Osmosis solutions, Sewage Treatment Plants and more.

Our client is looking for “HVAC Sales Head” for Ahmedabad location.

Education: B.E. Mechanical, desirable mgmt. course / certification/ MBA
   
Daily Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
   
Weekly Working Days: Sunday Off
   
Job Profile:                              ·        In-depth understanding on central AC systems

·        Projection of sales for coming quarters

·        Set challenging targets or organizational growth and take necessary actions to meet the same

·        It involves building positive relationship with customers, closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers.

·        Manages a sales territory for providers of services and/or commodity products.

·        Lead Generation, Key person Identification, Solution Design ,BOQ,

·        Negotiation  skills to meet project profitability

·        Design & implement  new ERP module for various project monitoring

·        Project Coordination, Relationship Management ,Payment Collection

·        Independently generate inquiries, prepare estimations, provide value engineering solutions, negotiate with suppliers, meet consultant/ client for technical and commercial negotiations, and prepare detailed market analysis reports.

·        Must be capable of leading a team of engineers. Must be willing to work anywhere in India. Must be open to learn profiles other than his area of expertise.

Worked on core VRV systems

Involved in chillier & large projects

Team Leadership

handling team of 5 min people

Knowledge of HVAC system is must
