Job Description

Our client  is a registered trademark of Visage Holdings and Finance Private Limited (NBFC), a Bangalore based social business that provides loans in the range of Rs.1 Lakh to Rs.15 Lakhs to micro and small enterprises (MSMEs) filling the gap between micro-finance and commercial capital. Our client is an  award-winning social enterprise based in Bangalore addressing the INR 1 Trillion* debt gap between micro finance and commercial capital by providing collateral free loans in the range of Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.20,00,000 for asset finance and working capital to MSMEs. Company has 90+ Branches in 6 states and current staff strength of 800 people.

Our client is looking for HRBP Manager for Andhra Pradesh & Telangana  location.

Title: HRBP Manager

Job Components/Responsibilities:

 Ensures all managers follows  Company policies

 Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations at the federal, state and local levels

 Accountable for human resources performance of Hubs in assigned Spokes

 Advises Hub Manager on all matters impacting the human resources function of the State

 Communicates, interprets and implements company policies and guidelines and ensures Company’s adherence

 Supports talent acquisition initiatives and contributes to recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, selecting and training high caliber personnel throughout the State

 Oversees human resource functions of assigned Hubs, including but not limited to, staffing, training, scheduling, and employee relations  Implements procedures and policies on staffing and workforce management to optimize production and customer service

 Monitors and interprets HR key performance indicators (KPIs), P & L’s, targets, projections, and labor management

 Ensures prompt and professional follow-through on all matters related to field benefits, payroll, and regulatory compliance

 Informs Divisional Human Resource Manager on all matters that can adversely impact the HR compliance of the State, divisional and company

 Assists Hub Manager in the development of an annual business plan focused on Company’s culture, customer satisfaction, sales growth, maximizing profit, and Company’s engagement

 Ensures fair and equal employment opportunities

 Investigates Company’s complaints and concerns in a timely manner

 Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs Qualifications:
 Relevant work experience. Other Requirements:
 Very proficient in using MS Office & MS Projects
 Exposure to Business process orientation preferred.
 Proficient in speaking Kannada, English and other Hub language depending on work location
 Should provide 2 references each from (a) Past superior officer, (b) Past/Present Subordinates, (c) Past/Present Peers (same rank)
