1. Help build company into a worldwide reference for High Quality Formal/Semi Formal Shirt (Woven + Knitted) supplying to Grade – A Retailors & Brands.
2. Manage strategic workforce planning, HR planning & controlling. Identify, attract, develop and retain a disciplined workforce in the factory and build strong employee relations.
3. Responsible for managing absenteeism, negotiations, disciplinary action, welfare activities and grievances.
4. Develop right relationship, at required level / department of your customer hierarchy.
5. Build a high performance team: Ensure the team is efficient and rated high on polyvalency and flexibility
6. Drive delegation and coaching via clearly defined KPIs, bi-annual assessments, goal setting and excellence at grass root, front line staff and managers across the company.
7. Administer corporate policies relating to compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and health & safety programs fairly and transparently across the company.
8. Ensure succession plan in all departments and at all levels in collaboration with plant leadership
9. Stay engaged with all employees to achieve high level of satisfaction in a dynamic business scenario.
10. Ensure a 100% Compliance on all statutory, socialand customer requirements, on time submission of all statutory returns, renewal of licenses and contract labour compliances.
11. Liaisoning with the labour department / Inspector of Factories and other statutory bodies.
12. Ensure continuous upgradation of Factory skill centre.
13. Ensure world class ISO 26000, CSR & Sustainability initiatives.
