Our client is looking for Head HRBP for Bangalore location.
Purpose of Job: Partnering with business to maximize the productivity of the company by optimizing the effectiveness of its employees
Job Components/Responsibilities: Business Support
Oversees Talent Acquisition processes at functional Level. Oversees the People services support at functional level.
Oversees the resolution of employee’s issues and complains as per labor law and internal policies at Functional/Sector level with ensuring collaboration with People Services Dept.
Ensure the employees achieve maximum productivity targets of the company
Ensure that the company values are clearly communicated and understood at all levels of the business Lead the Implementation of functional work force planning activities and support the firm’s mission and strategic vision.
Build and institutionalize a performance-oriented culture.
Translate organization strategy and goals into an HR strategy.
Oversees the Collaborative activities with Center of Excellence in reviewing and quality checking the maintained Org Data in ERP system
Ensure timely completion of probation confirmation across all the levels
To drive the training needs for the employee career growth
Manage employee grievance system and disciplinary proceedings
Devise and execute Reward and Recognition framework.
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HRBP team
Review weekly/monthly reports with analysis
Manage the travel plan based on the need Talent identification, development and deployment –
Ensure completeness of employee review process to facilitate the calibration process and work on establishing a pool of key talent across
Facilitate the roll out and implementation of career paths and development strategies.
Recommend innovative recognition schemes to ensure improvement of staff retention and to recognize performance.
Any other specified activity as suggested by the Manager
A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, at least 5 years in handling HRBP role
PG–MBA, HR specialization, or MA/MS in HR related field
