Our client is looking for Divisional Head- LPU(Loan Processing unit)
Title: Divisional Head – Loan Processing (LPU)
Purpose of Job: To Manage back office operation activities for smooth loan process
➢ File verification in System for all required documents as per the existing process note. System File Quality Check.
➢ Post disbursement – physical file Quality check. Verification of the Physical files for all repayment requirements, all Legal documents verification, All KYC and other documents as per the latest credit policy.
➢ Follow up with the Hub team in getting the files at HO soon after Disbursement.
➢ Follow up with Hub Team in getting the System & Physical file queries cleared at the earliest to ensure the files are processed with in the specified TAT
➢ Ensure proper filing and arrangement of physical files.
➢ Systematically Arrange, sort, segregate, label the files properly to ensure proper storage.
➢ Coordinate with the External vendor in ensuring the storage and retrieval of files as and when required.
➢ Accept the branch Couriers on the Files – Separate the Banking documents and hand over the same to CPU.
➢ Insurance partner Coordination: Segregation of the Insurance Documents separately and analyze the System Deductions against the Insurance. The Total insurance premium collected needs to be transferred to the Insurance Partner at the end of the month to ensure that the policies are activated as per agreement with the Insurance partner.
➢ Coordinating with the insurance Partner for smooth processing of the insurance claims if any.
➢ Follow up for the 2nd tranche disbursement pending cases.
➢ Follow up with the Hubs for Disbursement within the same month.
➢ Maintaining various trackers – File inward, Writer storage,
Monthly disbursement, Original documents acknowledgment (if any), Franking Master (When the machine is working)
➢ Preparation of various MIS / dashboards as per the Manager Requirement.
➢ Support other departments in case of any requirements.
• The LPU Manager will have the above mentioned consolidated KRA on a global level along with that the below added.
➢ Preparation of Various MIS as per the management requirement.
➢ Coordination with External Vendors – Bankers, Credit Agencies, DO Partners, internal departments etc for smooth processing.
➢ Ensure to complete the various day to day activities with the specified TAT.
➢ Effective Team Management and Work allocation as per the team member efficiency.
➢ Ensure that the various EOM reports to the Vendors, or internal departments are sent on time with in the deadlines.
➢ Any Post Graduation
➢ Work Experience 8 ~ 10 Years in similar field at managerial level preferred.
➢ Aged below 40 yrs
➢ High level of self-motivation, determination and confidence in your abilities.

➢ Numeracy and a strong aptitude for mathematics.
➢ Excellent problem-solving skills and clear logical thinking.
