Job Description

Our client  is an (NBFC), a Bangalore based social business that provides loans in the range of Rs.1 Lakh to Rs 20 Lakhs to micro and small enterprises (MSMEs).

Our client  has 100 Branches in 6 states and current staff strength of 1000+ people.

Our client is looking for “Division Head Talent Management ” based out in Bangalore.

Job Description

 Identify and differentiate Talent across levels, Groom the talent and prepare this talent for future Leadership Roles
 Use cutting edge selection, assessment tools to differentiate talent appropriately
 Focus on engagement of talent pool and individual development plans for members of talent pool
 Play key role in conceptualizing and implementing Global leadership Practice across the company
 Focus on building a global mindset for Leadership and prepare them for potential future roles as Global Leaders for our client
 Contribute to harmonizing leadership development practices across the company & include succession planning and career
development initiatives for top leaders
 Design, develop & deliver key Leadership Development programs and initiatives for our client in partnership with
team members from across the organization.
 Work closely with Top Management to understand talent needs, promote use of talent pool in key successions
 Support talent pool members selected for specific role/ key assignments through development initiatives.
 Increase the size of the Talent pool of senior leaders and also increasing the quality of leaders as assessed through appreciation centers, 360-degree feedback or any other assessment instruments.


 Relevant work experience.

Other Requirements:
 Very proficient in using MS Office & MS Projects
 Exposure to Business process orientation preferred.
 Proficient in speaking Kannada, English and other Regional language
depending on work location
