Job Description

Title:Debt Relationship Manager

Purpose of Job: Management & Reporting to Stakeholder

Job Components/Responsibilities:
 Monthly Reporting & Quarterly Reporting to Lenders & Investors
 Compilation of proposals for loan proposals
 Legal Documents execution
 Coordinating with other departments for any requirements
 Covenant tracking for all stakeholders
 Updating repayment schedule and Cost of Debt table
 Working on RBI compliances (Quarterly Branch Info, Half yearly FDI Certificate, SAC Returns)
 Paperwork and reporting on Securitization and NCD’s
 Fund tagging & releasing in Loan management Software
 Preparation of Audit Pool, Book Debt Certificates
 Coordination and providing required data for Audit
 Pre disbursement and post disbursement lender requirements
 Ensure financial policies and procedures are up to date
 Understand and follow company rules and regulations
 Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Qualifications:
 At least 5 years’ experience
 Bachelors Degree
Aged below 35.

Other Requirements:
 Technical Skills and Knowledge
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
 Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
 Knowledge of latest updates & recent Case Laws, related to the business
