Our client is looking for “Community Manager” for Bangalore location.

Community Manager

As a Community Manager you are responsible for building and maintaining our community of Entrepreneurs both online and offline.

The job requires engaging audiences on a variety of channels including online forums, social media platforms and in-person groups to reach all audiences where they are and must maintain a consistent tone and voice of the brand.

You will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with community members. You will be involved in various activities such as communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

  • Location: Bangalore
  • Academic qualification: Any graduate/post graduate
  • Desired Experience: Preferably from a community management background. Entrepreneurial or business experience would be a definite plus.

Also, the candidate should be open to travel and work during weekends. (Compensatory off will be provided)

  • Should have the ability to give and receive feedback as a lot of feedback will need to be shared with business teams and the community manager would also receive feedback in multiple ways.

Task and Responsibilities

  • Set, plan and implement communication campaigns and strategies
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all communication channels
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback from all community forums
  • Organize, manage and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals
