Job description
As a Coworking Center Manager, you’re the face and voice to clients and visitors and
will be responsible for sales and operations at one of our locations.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities
A Coworking Center Manager is a sales and customer service professional who loves
working with clients and growing business relationships; they can work independently
with little supervision but have a strong commitment to the team and our company
vision: success for our clients. They also have a penchant for administrative detail
and a strong work ethic. A Co-working Center Manager is responsible for closing new
sales opportunities, growing existing client revenue, seeking out new
leads/prospects and retaining clients. This role requires forward-thinking and
proactive planning to help ensure location growth, high occupancy rates and future
revenue opportunities. This person must understand a growing business environment
and be willing to wear many different hats to get the job done.
Inside Sales and Marketing
The Coworking Center Manager is responsible for the overall financial performance of
the location as follows:

* Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas as put forth by the company
* Impeccable lead follow-up and focus on the sales funnel
* Ability to close sales
* Pursuing opportunities for new business, actively seeking referrals, and
growing existing client revenue
* Networking and establishing relationships with potential new clients
* Updating CRM software regarding sales for your location
* Ability to present product/services with knowledge and confidence Client
Relations
You Will Provide a High Level Of Customer Service To Our Clients While Fostering a
Business-networking Environment By

* Greeting clients and their guests in a professional manner and by name when
possible
* Scheduling client meeting room requests
* Anticipating client needs and responding proactively
* Responding to client requests and questions promptly
* Providing a thorough orientation for new clients with scheduled follow up
during the first three months
* Developing a good understanding of the client’s business in order to provide a
high level of service
* Providing basic administrative support or project coordination to clients
* Performing ongoing quality assurance follow-up with all clients at least once
every three months.
* Making new client introductions within the location
* Retaining client business through renewals
* Matching prospective client needs with PurpleYo services.
* Helping clients with basic technology setup of office equipment such as the
printer and projector
* Troubleshooting tech issues for clients with the help of our tech support staff.
* Site and Administrative Responsibilities
* You will provide prospective PurpleYo clients with information about our
facilities and virtual office services, and be responsible for leasing space to
our clients.
* Give office/location tours and show available offices and conference rooms to
prospective clients
* Complete client sign-up process for all PurpleYo office space and virtual
office services
* Fill out sales forms correctly, and maintain correct client information in
system at all times
* Update customer records as necessary
* Location Management and Maintenance
* Coworking Center Managers are proud of their location and keep it very clean,
maintaining a professional appearance in all areas of their facility at all times.
* The Coworking Center must always be 100% “business ready” – a professional
greeting at the business lobby, tidy meeting rooms, a spotless kitchen, an
organized desk
Additional Qualifications And Responsibilities

* 4 years (minimum) experience in customer service, office leasing or
executive/sales administration roles required
* Ability to interface with many different client types in a busy front office
setting, while juggling multiple priorities.
* Must have professional appearance and attitude, and ability to work
independently with little supervision.

dress and appearance; smile – and possess grace under pressure
* Possess strong business/sales acumen with ability and learn and understand new
business solutions.

* A desire to ‘work with the boss’ (small business owners and professionals) and

excuses, a willingness to ask for what you need – and the ability to make things
happen
* Exceptional organizational, communication and time management skills
* Computer skills include but are not limited to MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook, and PowerPoint)
