Our client is looking for “Business Development Manager- Commercial Real estate space” for Hyderabad and Chennai location.

Client is looking for candidates from Design and build firms /International Property consultants.

Job description

Job Profile/ Responsibilities Customer Account Management:  Mapping client’s requirements such as new space requirement, lease renewals, expansion or other plans accurately
MIS: Submit sales reports as per the requirement and maintain an MIS on accounts handled.
Data Base Management: Responsible for the accuracy of data base under areas of influence.
Sales Goals Management:   Achieve individual monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Liaison: Liaising with government departments/ developers and regulatory authorities for obtaining sanctions / approvals and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
New Business Management:  Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective liaising with other related businesses and colleagues.
Sales Pipeline Management:  Ensure there is an adequate sales pipeline/funnel and work in progress accounts for sustenance of organizations sales engine.
Market Intelligence:   To manage the market intelligence process; gathering market and customer information and provide feedback on present trends
Lead Management: responsible for establishing contact on all inbound leads received for the region.
Event Participation: Represent the company at various business forums and/or business meetings to promote the company.
