|The Role / Responsibilities:
§ Brief statement: As part of the Business development, responsible for maintaining client relationships, identifying leads and converting them. The focus is on building relationships in the respective sector, generating leads and converting them into mandates in conjunction with the respective groups.
§ The position is responsible for: Identifying potential clients, generating leads, converting leads into mandates, maintaining relationship with existing clients and mining clients for additional work, ensuring that client requirements are adequately met during the course of the project.
o Maintain a database of clients and prospects; update the list of contacts regularly; Building and nurturing client relationships
o Ensure regular interaction with clients and prospects
o Regular interactions with clients on Live projects and obtain feedback
o Interactions with Live and past clients with a view to identify opportunities for further engagement
o Providing updates to Head – Business Development, Sector Heads and Project Managers on market and client related developments
o Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
o Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
o Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
