Our client is an (NBFC), a Bangalore based social business that provides loans in the range of Rs.1 Lakh to Rs 20 Lakhs to micro and small enterprises (MSMEs).
Our client has 90+ Branches in 6 states and current staff strength of 1000 people.
Our client is looking for “Assistant Manager/Manager Talent Acquisition” based out in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities:
Understand the requirement from the department and do the necessary calibration.
Sourcing candidates from different sources. (Job boards, Employee referrals and social media).
Expertise in sourcing techniques and should be able to submit the right candidates.
Schedule and coordinate the interviews with the panel.
Experience in stake holder management and candidate experience.
Should have worked in IT and BFSI domain skills and should be able to handle senior level positions up to Vice president and Senior Vice president levels.
Doing reference check for the selected candidates.
Updating recruitment trackers on daily basis and understand the critical positions from the business.
Close the positions within given TAT and as per the criticality.
Qualification and Preferences:
M.B.A(HRM) with 5-8 years of recruitment in corporate environment is preferred.
Effective communication in English and Indian languages would be preferred.
Individual Contributor role.
