Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales and marketing operations
- Promoting new launches and accountable for achieving business goals and increasing sales.
- Implementing marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.
- Handling sales of Plots, Villas, and apartments by attending to walk-in.
- Involve in outdoor activity, by making presentation to target segments to generate prospective leads.
- Convert leads generated to closure.
- Revenue generation by making payments follow up.
- Usage of ERP to manage leads and follow up.
- Generating fresh leads from online postings and requesting for referrals from existing customers.
- Coordinating work activities with team members.
- Preparing the Marketing plan with the help of team members.
- Active Participation in Product Launching and Expansion of Business.
- Selling of luxury Residential Projects at the Prime location of City.
- Conducting and taking active participation in Exhibitions and Promotions of our Product.
- Handling customer queries for better customer Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
