Qualifications-Graduate or Post Graduate ; Masters degree is preferred

Reporting to-AVP – Corporate Services

Job Responsibilities

BID SUPPORT MANAGEMENT – To design and implement the bid support work flow
Business Development Support ā€“ provide able support for strategic sales initiatives and assist in BD support for the same.
Proposal management – To co-ordinate the proposal (RFI, ITT, RFP etc) response with the relevant service / business knowledge from the RE domain.
Pre-Sale Process Management – To assist in creation of pre-sales documentation and presentations for potential customers and develop the pitch plan in conjunction with relevant stake holders
Documentation Management ā€“ ably collate relevant information on key/strategic accounts from data repository perspective.
Prepare presentation and other forms of written responses; coordinating printing, maintain templates for future use.
Marketing Collateral Management ā€“ work with the relevant teams for continual updation of sales/marketing collateral with reference to sales pitches/customer presentations with regards to the corporate services team.
