Job Description
  1.    Th person to be a Graduate, preferably from Science, Commerce and Management with a minimum of 2 years experience in office environment.
  2.    Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  3.    Good knowledge of Microsoft Technologies like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  4.    The person to be based in Bangalore
  5.    Office location: MG Road, Bangalore – 560001
  6.    Timing: 9.30 – 6.00 pm, Monday – Friday (5 day week). But, willing to work on other times, on need basis and communicated earlier.



Job description:


  1.    Tele-calling our German members for updating database, inviting for events, co-ordination for meetings., followups after meeting for advertisement, events, etc.
  2.    Visiting exhibitions in Bangalore (would be accompanied by senior colleague in initial phase) and other places when required by the organization.
  3.    Preparations of reports after visit to exhibition or company
  4.    Involved in preparing reports which need to be submitted to head-office in Germany
  5.    Research on various subjects and topics collecting primary and secondary data from market and other sources and preparing reports.
  6.    Visiting events, seminars based in Bangalore and preparations of report. Attending events mainly for networking and building contacts in industry.
  7.    Co-ordination with hotel and colleagues of other locations for events organised.
  8.    Followup with clients for event co-ordination, payment, etc.
