Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements:
  1. Graduate with a minimum 2 years experience in any stream.
  2. Excellent English speaking skills, writing skills would be an advantage.
  3. Based in Mumbai
  4. Timing: 9.30 – 6.00 pm, Monday – Friday (5 day week)
Job description:
  1. Tele-calling to our German members for updating database, inviting for events, co-ordination for meetings., followups after meeting for advt, events, etc.
  2. Visiting exhibitions based in Mumbai (would be accompanied by senior colleague in initial phase)
  3. Preparations of reports after visit to exhibition or company
  4. Involved in preparing reports which need to be submitted to headoffice in Germany
  5. Research on various subjects for work
  6. Visiting events, seminars based in Mumbai and preparations of report. Attending events mainly for networking and building contacts in industry.
  7. Co-ordination with hotel and colleagues for events organised in Western region.
  8. Followup with clients for event co-ordination, payment, etc
  9. CTC: Around Rs.26,000/- pm
